Recovery. Healing through plants and good food. An omnivorous diet contributes to global environmental destruction. Before, I was terribly unhealthy and destructive to my body. I was unhealthy and wavering in and out of depression as a result. So I decided to return to veganism, it had helped me before and there were only positive benefits. With research and dedication I had transitioned to this lifestyle easily. How can I not want to help the animals, the Earth and my health?
